Oracle Edelivery site is not working

Hi,
I'm trying to download endeca related products from oracla e-delivery for urgent requirement and the site doesn't load properly. After giving credentials it prompts an empty page (https://edelivery.oracle.com/osdc/faces/SearchSoftware). Same issue occurred for different browsers. (Attached a screen shot)
Could you please let me know whether the site is under maintenance or down?

I tried now and I have no problems.
Are your browsers sufficient recent ?
