For primavera, if you use the search box in the top right of the community and search for "primavera" you'll get a list of questions, people and places. Look in the "places" to see the relevant communities where you can ask questions. Some of those may be on "(MOSC)" which is the paid for support (My Oracle Support Community), so you will only have access to those if your company has MOS/MOSC access.
