Many void queries recorded in the mysql error log

Hello all the Mysql users,
My system is Ubuntu 16.04 amd64, Mysql server 5.7.18.
The mysql error log is flooded with these void queries. They happen about twice per 2 minutes. How do I find out which program or connection is responsible for them?

OK! I found that it is Monit and Mysql 5.7 which does not allow anonymous user. So I add a new identity in the Monit's config and the warnings have gone!

For other non-root accounts you can disable that account and not worry. With root you have to worry.
First check you lists of acceptable hosts to make sure the outside world has ZERO access to your database.
If you are running the Community Edition, look at the audit plugin at https://github.com/outbrain/audit_login
as it records IP addresses.
Good luck!
