Hi,
I am working on Automating for downloading and installation of Oracle instant client using power shell. Can anyone tell me how to install Oracle instant client using power shell.

You can refer the Installation instructions in ODBC Instant Client Release Notes

Instant Client generally needs a login & click through, so automating it isn't suggested.
Note that Instant Client 18.3 on Linux is available without login or click through from yum.oracle.com, see https://blogs.oracle.com/opal/oracle-instant-client-based-middle-tiers-such-as-docker-without-a-click-through so it is trivial to automate on Linux.
