ENHANCEDSPREADSHEET in reports 12c against 11g

Hello to all
Someone encountered a problem creating a report with ENHANCEDSPREADSHEET in 12c.
the numbers are created with a space ahead, so they cannot be added together. (if I open by openoffice it works: the number are number no text)
in 11g all work well.

Ps I done same question in oarcle forms, but the answwer no satisfied

Did you set the environment variable REPORTS_NO_HTML_SPACE_REPLACE to YES and restart?
