Jdeveloper 12.2.1.3 hangs when I open an application

Hello ,
I use Jdeveloper 12.2.1.3 and I have one application that hangs each time I try to open it.
I reached a point where I deleted the app , then get another copy of it from Git and still hangs the whole day.
Is there some caching issue? how do I know what is wrong with this app not to open? It opens for other people regularly.
Thank you
Amal

Start JDev from the command line (you find the exe in the install folder jdeveloper/jdev/bin). this will print you some messages to the console window. Check the messages, you'll should get some hint about the problem.
Have you open the app on this machine before without a problem?
What operating system do you use?
How much memory is available on the machine?
Which JDK do you use?
