OCCI LOB read api is too slow in linux OS as compared to windows

Hi,

I am developing application using OCCI, I am developing application parallely on windows and linux platform.

I found that at times the OCCI behaviour is different in linux and windows.

One major issue I am facing is with lob read api. On windows it is pretty fast, but on linux OS, this is pathetically slow (atleast 50 times slow), I am using prefetch concept.

On windows I am using 19x version, and on linux have tried 12 and 19 both, but no luck.

Can somebody help in this regard.
