Chart - Invert the Y (or Y2) axis (20.1)

Hi,
I have a combination chart with the SQL query at the region level
I have a Y2 axis for my league position series, 1st is best and represents the top of the league table so I would like 1 to be at the top of the axis, at the moment it is at the bottom
I've googled it and searched on here and everything about "invert" seems to relate to version 5.1 or earlier, can it be achieved in Apex 20.1? I can't find the setting
Thanks
(edited to make a simple clarification)

How about to replace your position values with negative ones (so 1 becomes -1 etc) and change labels to positive with custom y2 axis label converter See APEX 20.1 Sample Charts applications page 46 Event Drops to see how to add a custom converter. You may also need to change these properties as well: valueFormats.y2.converter and valueFormats.label.converter
