Entity-based VO attributes as parameters with LOVs prefilled values!!

Hello Good People,
I have a screen that has parameters that are linked to LOVs . These parameters are nothing but some attributes from Entity-based VO. When I open the screen and before any selection made, some of these attributes will show data from some record. How can I show empty values for these entity-based VO's attributes.
I want the user to have a clean parameters always whenever I open the screen, or return to it from another screen.
Any suggestions?
Thank you
Amal

If you use an vo to generate an input form, you always see the content of the selected row of the vo.
So, you either clear the old values, or you create a new row each time.
Or you use normal input fields which are not bound to a row.

SELECT null from...
