Oracle Analytics Configuration Assistant Hang

Hi,

I've been trying to Configure OAS 5.5 on Windows. I've encountered an error on writing permission to registry.

Tried to re-run config.cmd as Administrator but when it got to Step 9 with the Configure button. It stops there. It kinda hang. No progress was shown after. This is the last log in the installation log.

Any help on how I can proceed with the configuration again? I've delete all previous installation log files lock already before re-running the Config assistant again.
