Why we can't access the files exposed on the course J

I'm doing Java SE: Complete Programming (1Z0-819-J) on the 25th anniversary of Java. Otherwise, I am not finding the image (or user) to see the exercises explained in the videos.
I understand that it is not really complete material, but I miss the logic of the exercises with incomplete material to study.
PS .: I don't want access to the laboratory, but to the files with the exercises to perform the training correctly.
Ps.: This is my 3rd certification on the Oracle platform, and I have more than 10 certifications in my life. That experience has not been a good one now.

The decision was to offer a heavily discounted course, but provide no actual practices, or related files, beyond pre-recorded demos. So to get these practices one has to purchase full subscription. I suppose, it is technically possible to recreate practices, just by watching pre-recorded demos, but this could be difficult to achieve, without an actual activity guide files, or an Oracle provisioned preconfigured cloud instance with relevant setup and files.
