Connection issue to the Oracle database 18c XE with Enterprise Manager

Hi,
I've installed the Oracle database 18c XE on my notebook with Windows 10 64-bit. I've tried to connect to this installation using EM (https://localhost:5500/em/login), but I've obtained this error:
Moreover, about the flash player Adobe declared the related end of life: Adobe Flash Player End of Life
Now, any suggests to me in order to solve this issue? I'd like to create a database and some table with a client tool. Thanks

The EM with Oracle 18XE requires Flash and has therefore become obsolete.
You can use any client tool to connect to an Oracle 18XE database e.g. SQL Developer.
A PDB named xepdb1 is already created by default.

Hi cormaco, thanks for you reply.
I've installed the SQL Developer and I've tried to connect to XE installation with success in this way:
Using these info I've tried to set the tnsname.ora file so:
my_alias =
(DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = localhost)(PORT = 1521))
(CONNECT_DATA =
(SERVER = DEDICATED)
(SERVICE_NAME = XE)
)
)
but after creating an ODBC data source the related connection fails.

Sorry, I have no experience with ODBC.
XE is the name the CDB$ROOT, this is only for administrative tasks, for actual testing/learning use the PDB xepdb1 or create your own PDB. You can have at most 3 PDBs in Oracle 18XE.
Here is an introduction to the multitenant architecture:

Ok, at least I hoped to have a suggest to edit the tnsnames.ora file to connect the Oracle 18XE.
Thanks
