Oracle XE 18c need Flash?

After install Oracle XE 18c on Windows 10 pro 64 bits without problems, i try to access https:\\localhost:5500\em
but i see that adobe Flash Player is mandatory and this product is not longer available for download.
Then, how can i access to the administration console?
Any ideas?
