Hi everyone,
I have a situation where oone of the column is a date column but the values in that looks like 1538192877419, 1538193897691. How to get exact date and time from these values? Any suggestions would help me?

This is unix time or epoch:
It's converted like this:
select timestamp '1970-01-01 00:00:00 +00:00' + numtodsinterval(1538192877419/1000,'SECOND') ts from dual TS ------------------------------------ 29.09.2018 03:47:57.419000000 +00:00

If I want to filer the dates between two dates, For example, i want to filter from jan 1 2021 to sep 30 2021 which are in timestamp, how to do that? Any suggestions on that?

I see no problem. When you have the converted value, compare it with your timestamps.
But you have to aware that the converted value is of type TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE

Just as a side observation - this question is being asked in the 'SQL Developer' space, but has nothing to do with SQL Developer, which is just a GUI interface. The question is simply a SQL question, regardless of the user interface. Better asked in 'SQL & PL/SQL'.
