how to install odt for vs2019 offline

Most people who have trouble with offline installations can resolve them by doing the following:

Download the following certificates, transfer them to the offline machine and install it in the “Microsoft Root certification authority” store using MMC or certmgr. Then retry the offline installation of the ODT VSIX file and see if ODT is successfully installed.

1) http://cacerts.digicert.com/DigiCertSHA2AssuredIDCodeSigningCA.crt

2) http://cacerts.digicert.com/DigiCertSHA2AssuredIDTimestampingCA.crt

In case this is not enough to solve your problem, here is the general procedure for tracking down which certificate is not installed:

1) Reproduce the issue with CAPI2 log enabled. You can find steps to collect logs in this link:

2) Look at the log, search for "Oracle" or "Task Category: Retrieve Issuer Certificate from Network". The log should tell you what certificate is missing and where to get them.
