Requesting a copy of ORDS 18.3

We currently use APEX 19.1 and ORDS 20.4 but ORDS 20.4 does not support PDF printing. We found out that version 17.4 through 18.3 support PDF printing. Oracle says that ORDS 18.3 cannot be downloaded from the Oracle Support site. Can someone provide me with a download version (zip file) of ORDS 18.3. It is a production issue, and I need it right away.
DB: Oracle 19c
APEX: Oracle 19.1
Thank you,
Robert

Seems you can download ORDS 18.4

Thank you but I made a mistake. I meant earlier than 18.4 since we need PDF printing via ORDS and 18.4 and later do not include PDF printing. We have Apex 19.1 and not ready to upgrade to 20.2

Call Oracle Hub, create a Non-Technical request with media team and see if they can find you the 18.3 version.
