I am trying to do an out place upgrade of oracle forms and reports from oracle 11g to 12.2.1.4.
1. I am getting oracle document to upgrade oracle forms only (Link below). Not oracle reports. 2. What will be the process for upgrading the reports. How to compile the 11g reports to make it compatible with 12c version?

Instead of upgrading the domain from 11g to 12.2.1.4.0. I would strongly recommend newly installing 12.2.1.4.0 and configuring the domain as fresh. Using migration steps from a document I created below. The steps are applicable for most of 11g to 12c.
