change default resource langage
i change NLS_LANG to support arabic language, but i want keep the language of LOV buttons, forms informative message... In French language. How to do that?

So you are expecting Arabic, French, and English (because some built-in messages are not translated) to appear in your app?
if I understood you correctly, as far as I know this isn’t possible.

This point is in my wish list of the next release

We cannot do multiple languages at runtime. If you want multi-Lang support you have to decide one or the other. Here’s how it can be done
