Oracle Mobile App Not working. Opening Template not found issue:

Hi,

My Mobile App was working fine i was able to develop it . I was not able to publish mobile app as it was throwing error below:

Then i followed the procedure of document to how to enable publishing by following the link:

Reference for Administrators (oracle.com)

After implementing it . Now mobile app is not opening and after taking time to load.

Kindly help . Is there any solution ?  xmlp-server-config.xml this file was altered to resolve publishing app issue and this line was added i.e. <property name="APPS_LIBRARY_FOLDER_LOCAL" value="/Apps Library"/>
