how to change timezone in oracle apex in oci autonomous database.

Hi Experts,
I'm trying to create an app using apex on autonomous database in oci.
where i have a requirement to insert date and time when users are login.
I have inserted date and time but its UTC timezone.
Can anyone help me to change timezone to asia/kolkata(+5:30)?

Create application process that fires on On New Instance (new session) and call procedure APEX_UTIL.SET_SESSION_TIME_ZONE
apex_util.set_session_time_zone( p_time_zone => 'Asia/Kolkata' );
