Normally we use System.out.println to see any exception in our program. My question is that what do we do when we want to debug an applet which is embeded in a jsp using <jsp:plugin>. pls reply asap.

I was in the same boat until yesterday. I think most of us misunderstand the applet environment. Some of my co-workers also suggested to send the string to the servlet and use System.out.println from the serverlet. Anyway, enought for my dilema. Here is what I find out and it works. (I'm using IE 6.0).

Before you run the applet, click on Internet Option, do to Advance tab, make Java Console enable and Java loggin enable active, then to restart your bwowser. When you open the Java Console, you will see your System.out.println debugg information being output there.

    Hope this helps
