Recently,I have written an original blog article on my personal blog space of Oracle Developer Community.Till today,I suddenly think that whether adding local link for jumping to specific paragraph on my article.such as that snapshot below,

Maybe I didn't descript this issue clearly.

I can click the "Oracle Community FAQ" - It's a font of the Header with super link (blue color) for skipping to the title of "Oracle Community FAQ" below on my first snapshot.

In the meantim,It's also what I expected for realizing function similarly as what I mentioned previous on my second snapshot.
