Which would you pick: being world-class attractive, a genius or famous for doing something great?

I would pick A genius (As I am now ) but in a better place!

I'd pick "famous for doing something great."
If I was a genius, I'd probably struggle with the rest of the world being non-geniuses.

Oh, I struggle with the world on a regular basis, and I'm definitely not a genius. If I was a genius, maybe that would include having more knowledge on how to deal with non-geniuses.
I'd bet there are some male models/actors/bodybuilders with the desire to be "world-class attractive".
