Exam Voucher for 1Z0-071

Can Someone guide me, How to purchase exam voucher on oracle university website. I tried but their is not any option on oracle website to pay through credit card I tried to transfer amount to oracle account and was unable.

I want to take 1Z0-071 exam.

I followed this steps:

1) Entered the web site:

https://education.oracle.com/certification

2) Navigated until I found the exam

https://education.oracle.com/oracle-database-sql/pexam_1Z0-071

3) On the exam page, selected the ADD to CART button

4) Once I selected the add to cart option, a pop up appears showing the contents, i selected the "view the cart and checkout" option (disregard the language difference, my browser is in Spanish and Oracle translates some of the content)

5) On the cart, I selected check out as guest:

6) I completed all the information required and selected the Payment Details option

7) The site offers Check or Credit Card:

Selecting the Credit Card Details button you can enter the credit card information:

Here, I have no credit card option only through check or bank transfer. The option of bank transfer is also not working because CITI bank did not accept online payments. Why here is no credit card option.

here is only option of bank transfer on wire transfer.

Then that is something Oracle is not accepting from your country of origin. There may be legal reasons for that.

You may arrange a Wire or Bank transfer, but you need to contact your local bank in order to know the details for that.

You should also contact Oracle to get details on the process:

Hi Akhtar,

Credit card option is not available for Pakistan, since its in gray list. For more details inbox me, if you are residing in Pakistan.

Also, vouchers should be available from the Pearson Vue site:

That will also "not" work if he is in Pakistan.

No need to post a phone number, if you can help share the information on the site.

If you want to offer some kind of banking inter mediation that is something that should not be done on this forum. All help should be provided openly for the public.

i don't have to provide any mediation, its just i am also in Pakistan and have faced the same issue last week. This issue is persistent to Pakistan(as off now i only know it for Pakistan only"

Unfortunately, the only option to buy exam voucher is submit cheque, which will take 4 days of clearance (banking procedure)
