Oracle Utilities environment for hands-on

Hi All,
I have been preparing the exam 1Z0-562 for Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing 2 Essentials. I have got some test papers as well but before attempting the exam, I like to have hands-on on real environment. Actually I am getting this advice from multiple friends that without hands-on, it would be extremely difficult to pass the exam by just reading the study materiel.
So, I like to know from you guys if there is a any web-based environment that I can access for some real practice before attempting for exam.
