Unable to login to Certview and not getting proper help

Hi Team,
Got my Oracle Testing ID on 17th and tried to login to Certview using the same and mail id but couldn't register.
I appeared for certification 18th and it's been more than 2 days an I am yet to receive the results which normally comes in 30 minutes. I tried reaching out to Oracle certification support via Forms as there is no working phone-line which takes issue but so far didn't get any proper help.
All i have received is "We are working on this and It will take XXX working days". This is really not the experience one expects while preparing for something, giving the exam then left in limbo.
Is there a way we can expedite the resolution.
Regards

Dear OP,
Firstly, If you are writing an Oracle certification exam, You have to create an account on https://www.oracle.com/index.html portal and you need to provide all the correct details while registering on https://www.oracle.com/index.html
So using this account you can log in or register on https://community.oracle.com or https://support.oracle.com/portal/ or https://brm-certification.oracle.com (oracle certview). You must log in to https://www.oracle.com/index.html portal when you are registering on the https://community.oracle.com or https://support.oracle.com/portal/ or https://brm-certification.oracle.com to sync the same data. If you log in to oracle.com not need to give user name and password when you log in (after registring) to https://community.oracle.com or https://support.oracle.com/portal/ or https://brm-certification.oracle.com
Secondly, you need to create an account with the same details on https://home.pearsonvue.com/oracle (this is not an oracle site, but this is a partner site. so the above the details will not be in sync and you should ensure they are same)
Next, you need to authenticate on https://brm-certification.oracle.com using Oracle Testing ID(Value Required) and Email Address(Value Required) which is created on the https://home.pearsonvue.com/oracle .
If all the details are the same, you will receive the results after the exam within few hours (before 30 minutes).
Note: If you change the email id on https://www.oracle.com/index.html portal profile it will reflect the same on https://community.oracle.com or https://support.oracle.com/portal/ or https://brm-certification.oracle.com (oracle certview). But email ID on https://home.pearsonvue.com/oracle will not be changed automatically. So you need to change the same email ID on https://home.pearsonvue.com/oracle .
After you change email id also data may not be in sync on both parties (oracle sites and partner site https://home.pearsonvue.com/oracle . ) It may take 24 hours to 48 hours. So after changing the email id don't immediately try to log in and authenticate the same on https://home.pearsonvue.com/oracle . it may not be successful before 24 hours. So have some patience and try after 48 hours to login https://home.pearsonvue.com/oracle and authenticate using Oracle Testing ID(Value Required) and Email Address(Value Required), If it asks for. If you ignore this and try more than 3 times you may face this below. (Also, ensure that there are no modifications to your account/profile (mostly don't change email id ) on both https://www.oracle.com/index.html portal and on https://home.pearsonvue.com/oracle before 48 hours of your exam schedule to avoid issues with your account and exam results.)
If you have a Pearson VUE web account
- Provide the Oracle Testing ID (e.g. OC1234567) and Email Address as they appear in your Pearson VUE Profile at pearsonvue.com/oracle.
- You will have three (3) attempts to submit your profile information. If we are unable to verify the information after the third attempt, your account will be referred to our service department for manual verification and authorization. After it is referred to the service department, you should receive a response in three to five business days.
Note: Now https://brm-certification.oracle.com is directed to the new login page https://brm-certification.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=1111:1 .
Thanks
