Oracle 11g DBA certification up-grade to oracle DBA19c

Hi there,
I would like to up-grade my Oracle 11g DBA certification to oracle DBA19 c DBA.
I would be grateful if anybody please guide me the process and procedure.

The current DBA certification information is here:
This is the certification you should achieve (Oracle Database Administration 2019 Certified Professional)
Currently, it requires two exams (1Z0-082 and 1Z0-083)
But if you are already an 11g OCP you can skip the first exam, as explained here on pages 2 and 3:
