Inbox Not Opening Messages

I have messages in my Inbox regarding a course I am currently enrolled in.  I cannot open the messages.  I tried in Firefox and in Chrome.  In each browser, it just acts like it's "thinking" but never loads. 


Any other way I can access the inbox?

    There might be an update of the software going on in your area. This sometimes results in such behavior. If this is the case just wait and try again later.

    You can try to clear the browser's cache and remove Oracle's cookies, then reload the page. This helps sometimes.

    Yeah, been trying all day on multiple browsers.  Cleared all the cookies/cache on all.  Hopefully, can be resolved soon.

    I don't have any filters.  I even tried on my home computer and phone...same result.    Tried on and off vpn.
