After reboot of system , oracle is not able to connect , unable to log in with default user automatically. However, once system is up then again i am able to log in with default user manually. Can anybody please guess any reason of this ?

Basically I wanted to know that what  is missing during connectivity while booting up. why it is not able to connect automatically ?

User, it's not clear which ORacle system you are talking about.

Do you mean an Oracle DB?

    Or an Oracle Linux?

    Or any other Oracle system?

Please provide more information, then we can find the right category for your question.

When you say ORACLE not connecting I am assuming following:

    • You have restarted server
    • Started the server again
    • Started the Oracle Database
    • Able to connect using sqlplus "/as sysdba"

In this scenario I am little surprised that why reboot is required. Please explain little more:

In meanwhile you can check following:

    1. Alert log of database
    2. Listener File
    3. Is this happening to all users
