After Upgraded Oracle APEX 19.0 to 20.2 facing an issues with Javascript Disabled

Hi Team,
I have upgraded Oracle APEX Version 19.0 to 20.2 after upgrade, i am facing an issues with Javascript Disabled, the Import functionality for Excel file is not working, some of the Javascript files are missing or not showing 404(Not Found) issue, could you please let us know what is the step we need to follow after upgrade Oracle APEX from Previous version and please do the needful.
