I am not able to access my Certview.oracle.com account to reschedule my exam. Is the website down?
Also, if I am not able to reschedule it before the required date and time, then will I be getting a chance to reschedule it on a later date and time?
Please confirm?

At this time I cannot replicate your condition (It's apparently up). Perhaps the usual blah about power-cycling your PC and/or clear cache? Let me know.
