Support_at_the_exam 1ZO-819

Hello dear community users. I passed the exam, but an unpleasant incident occurred, I contacted support at the address: [email protected] but there was no response. There was a misunderstanding on my part and the examiner, specifically: the second document did not fit, on which my name and surname should be. I don’t know who to turn to and what to do. Either set a new date for the exam, or it is no longer counted and I just have to buy again, or they can somehow postpone it until the document is received. Understand, dear users, I do not even understand who I can contact

    I do not fully understand what the inciden you are mentioning, seems that the picture of your document / license / passport you uploaded was not correct.

    I understand that the picture upload is part of the exam process with Pearson Vue, so you should contact them and not Oracle, since they are the ones responsible of conducting the exam.
