Netsuite Refresh Issue

Hi currently we are refreshing our sandbox account but It's been a week and the status is still in progress. I tried to send case support but we are also having some errors and it says that it will be manually raised by the case support team and up to now we don't have any feedback.

    User, this forum is not a global support forum. It's for bugs related to the software used for the forum.

    You have to file an SR with support.oracle.com to get information about your problem.
