How to Install FAX on RHEL7 for Oracle BI Publisher.

We are using Oracle BI Publisher for fax services. We would like to install efax, fax4cups so that we should be able to send fax and received fax.
- We already have HP Laserjet Printer established.
- The same printer has the fax internal modem and a working phone.
- We are able to send a test fax using fax number.
Please help.
