Exam issue

I have problem with connection issue while finish exam with 51 questions.
Right now my exam is "pending status" with message "Your result is being processed. Please check back later." and event I try exam again the button "Exam Begin" it is disable.
What can I do for resolve this issue ? pls let's me know if everyone met this issue like me.

Yes, I had a similar problem during my exam and have not been able to resolve it through Oracle Certification support.
