How to Avoid "Access Denied"

Hi,
When I try to reply to a particular thread ( https://community.oracle.com/tech/developers/discussion/4495187/extract-decimal-number-from-varchar-column ) I get a message saying "Access Denied - You don't have permission ..."
I've only noticed the problem on this one thread. I can post comments on other threads, and I was able to post a reply on this same thread earlier today, but for several hours I've been getting this "Acess denied". Can someone tell me how to get around this problem and post a new comment on that thread?
Thanks.

@Frank Kulash the team has told me that the issue is fixed. Can you try and post again/recreate?

Since I couldn't reply to that thread, I tried sending a private message to the OP, and got another "Access Denied" error; formatted differently, and with a different reference #, but otherwise identical.

Frank, I just added a test comment to this thread and got no problem at all. I deleted the test comment after my test.
This suggests that the problem has something to do with your account.
@ray0parker-Oracle Can you look into this, please?

Frank, I can confirm that I can also access the thread, and post answers (I deleted it afterwards) so it must be something with your account.

Thanks, @Timo Hahn and @L. Fernigrini .

Hey team, I have the team investigating this now. Looks like there are a couple of users in other areas, like NetSuite that are having similar issues.

Thanks, Ray!
