Can't login to certview

Hi there
I passed an exam in 2019 and I want to download my certificate now
I'm trying to login to certview from this page with my oracle login and password
but always get this message
"You have been successfully logged out.
Please Click here to Sign in to CertView application"

I have same issue. Has anybody resolved it?

I have just checked - on https://certview.oracle.com/ couple of times made login/logout - seems, all is working fine. I have used my standard SSO account, used on all *.oracle.com resources.
