Certification code for oracle SQL Tuning for Developers

I am in oracle development field from last 10 years and would like to go for "oracle SQL Tuning for Developers" certificate.

Is there any pre-requisite exam that would be needed for this?

And what is the code for "oracle SQL Tuning for Developers" certificate?

There is no such certification, the only one I found is:

But this required previous Database Administration certification

There is a course with that name on the learning suscription:

but is does not seem to be part of any certification path.
