I am not able to see "Download eCertificate" & "Claim or share badge"

Hello,
I have completed "Java SE 8 Programmer I" and able to see Score card but how ever, I am not able to see "Download eCertificate" & "Claim or Share Badge" options under Credential Management in my https://brm-certification.oracle.com/ page. I have submitted a service request for the same with ID 220411-001413.
Any Help please on how to get my ecertificate and badge from Oracle
