How to acheive multi level approval workflow for adjustments in Oracle Cloud

Hi ,

Client's requirement is that once adjustment gets requested by a user . It should go through a multi level approval workflow . That is one adjustment gets approved by multiple users from different department in a certain order.

Currently in Oracle cloud adjustment approval is based on user limit , if user approval limit is less than the adjustment created , it will go for approval to user who has the limit exceeding the adjustment amount.

Kindly suggest a way to acheive multilevel approval workflow for adjustment in Oracle
