Exam page asks me to buy exam again after a reschedule

Back in November 2022, my company purchased me an exam order (all exams valid for Saas, Bussiness Process, OCI) for exam 1Z0-808. I then scheduled an online exam, got a confirmation email,... Things was normal. Every time I visited the exam page, it always displayed a "countdown until your exam date". A couple of days ago, I rescheduled the exam, but something wrong happened that even after a few days of checking, the 1Z0-808 exam page now tells me to "buy exam" again. My exam order was set to expire after May 13, 2023. Did something happened? Thank you in advance.
