It's actually a back end issue with the graphic itself. Just talked to them. :)

When you start typing, highlight the text you want to bold then the options pop up. More about that here: https://community.oracle.com/tech/apps-infra/kb/articles/12-format-text

Could you please try this for me?
All the old messages should now be under "Apex Discussions"

@Stefan Jager, my apologies. It should now be fixed. The old messages are "Spatial Discussions." I'm personally rolling out a fix right now to the other areas affected by this. ETA this afternoon.

So far I've found that now we have 4 distinct, seemingly unrealted profiles:
Hub, Tech, MOSC, Partner
Each of those with its own, unrelated notifications. Is it really the purpose of a forum to have me log into 4 different URLs to see what has been happening in those 4 places?
I'm ONE person, not four although the voices in my head probabaly beg to differ. This "functionality" doesn't really make sense.

@Jim Finch-Oracle Any idea where is the Machine Learning content?
For example I found https://community.oracle.com/tech/developers/discussion/4345899/notebook-editor-not-available-please-contact-support#latest, but it seems to be imported on an intermediate category and a leaf one, so it's impossible to follow. Is it an import issue and some categories are missing or something else?

Is this thread here really the one true place for feedback? Because I'm happily flooding the community feedback space/forum/category:
Also: Can we get a dictionary please of how we are supposed to call things now for proper referencing?
I See "Discussion", "Categories" and "Groups" in the header and then on the FAQ page something about "sub-communities".
Does that mean /tech /mosc /partners are....communities?
