Problem WITH Person Vue Site proctor did not show up, waiting for 2 hours .

Hello ,
I would like to make a reclamation ,
I was trying to sustain the 1z-037 exam at 1 PM my time.
I followed the procedure, I was with 15 minutes earlier and I was waiting for 2 hours for proctor to show up .
I talked with someone on chat , that ways to me to logout and login again and the exam was not available.
It seems to be a robot .I would like to make a reclamation against them because the money are lost!
How can I contact them to reschedule because this is not normal what is happening !

Hello… My Oracle-Online exam was schedule at 8AM today -22nd DEC 2020. I did all checking process almost 4-5 times but still Proctor didn’t appear and I had to reschedule my exam tomorrow.. but still I am not sure where it would seamless.
