Permission Problem. You do not have permission to do that

I'm unable to see several posts in the community. I'm getting "Permission Problem. You do not have permission to do that. I tried below links https://community.oracle.com/mosc/discussion/4100452/all-requests-go-into-inactive-no-manager-status-no-custom-specialization-rules-are-in-play-standa , https://community.oracle.com/mosc/discussion/4039585/inactive-no-manager-in-oracle-apps-concurrent-program .

The links are pointing to the MOS Community. Do you have access to support.oracle.com?
This is needed to access the links. Using a user with support access works for me.

Hello,
I also have the same problem. Unable to access most posts on MOSC.
I do have support.oracle.com access and can search all the content there, but nothing on MOSC. Can someone suggest what needs to be done to get this access.
Thanks,
Mayank

Hi I got an email from oracle saying - Your Oracle Cloud Free Trial has expired
and If I decide to use only the free tier I don't get support for support I have to go here https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/categories/oci-cloud-infrastructure-general
but that link is not working. I want to know, always the free tier is for paid users only? If so how is it always free?
