    EMOD - Contacts

I would like a little guidance - We are working with EMOD/Segmentation Wizard (SW) in CRM On Demand.

We have imported several contacts and have found that most of them are hard bounce.

Is it a good or bad practice to delete the bad address/hard bounce contacts?

To use Segmenation Wizard we have to create dummy accounts in SOD to 'hold' contacts (they are really leads - but SW does not support Leads). This is causing duplicate contacts - again, several of which are hard bounce or bad address.

Where can I read about best practices using SW/EMOD and Contacts in SOD... I have looked at the help and have not been successful finding the information I need.

I am pretty sure I am doing something wrong - but haven't figured out the correct way.

      Thank you
