HFM application registration error in 9.3.1

I created one application in HFM 9.3.1. but while opening the application it is giving the error: application is not registerd with the shared services and i've created one project for HFM, my application is reflecting in that projects. i'm getting the same error in shared services for that application if try to click on that. How to configure the projects for HFM and register a application with shared services? pls let me know if any one know the process.
