    iProc responsibility question

      Can you be an approver in iProc and not have the ability to create a req?

          Certainly.
          All you have to do is define a new responsibility that has "Worklist" or "Notification summary" as one of the functions. Make sure that the responsibility does not have access to the iprocurement homepage. It does not even have to be an iprocurement responsibility.

          This way, the person can see the approval notification and approve it but the person won't be able to create reqs.

            IF you dont have worklist function then during the approval user might face error in Approval. You can remove all create function from Resp and assing that to approver.
