oracle 10g on windows 2003 server issue

      New to Windows Env. Settings.

We are encountering the issue discussed in Metalink Note.472181.1

      Which says:

Solution >> Set the USE_SHARED_SOCKET registry key to be TRUE under both the newer version listener OracleHome as well as in the database OracleHome in the Windows Registry.

Now we changed USE_SHARED_SOCKET value in the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\KEY_ECCREP_HOME to TRUE, and ready to reboot server.

      Now question is:

Is there any where else this value needs to be set? to impact both Listener and Database ORACLE_HOME 's in windows 2003 Sever for 10gR2 ?
OR setting above one place is sufficient ?
