We recently switched our non-production instances to use SSL certs (production has always been SSL). In all insatnces (prod and non-prod), the databases, process schedulers and app servers are on Sun Solaris servers, and the process schedulers for nVision and Crystal reprots are on a Windows server.
When we log in using the SSL URL, we are unable to run nVision reports because the system immediately returns a page saying the Peoplesoft connection has expired. When we allow the user to initially log in using the non-SSL URL, they can submit an nVision report successfully. Is there a config file or series of parameters that we need to change to reflect the change to SSL?
Thanks for your reply. I changed the setting on the page you listed, then bounced the PIA, app server and process scheduler on all servers, but I still have the same problem. As I said, we originally had our non-prod instances using non-SSL URL's, so there must be another page that still references the non-SSL URL.
