              i ve put the tnsnames.ora & sqlnet.ora file in 'oradevhome->network->admin' folder. In tnsnames.ora i provided the connection information for my 'orcl' instance.
              but fm connecting to Form Builder again another error is coming -

              Rep-0504: Unable to connect to specified database
              Ora-00604: Error occurred at recursive SQL LEVEL

                  Hi ,

                  One of my friend got the same problem in rwconverter.sh .. SO set the below environment as mention in DOC ID:444248.1

                  unset EVENT_10932
                  unset DE_DISABLE_PLS_512
                  Open $ORACLE_HOME/bin/reports.sh in a text editor and comment out the following lines.

                  TNS_ADMIN=$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin; export TNS_ADMIN
                  NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1; export NLS_

                  and run the rwconverter.sh command. It's sloved his problem.
